Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a new email box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply select the e-mail account you would like to redirect mail messages from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest.
